Just like every year, the firm glamorously announced the launch of their next line of iPhone, the iPhone 11 and its counterpart the iPhone 11 pro. From new camera additions to new software changes, the launch was full of surprises for the general tech savvy generation.

While the internet is already flooded with tons of analysis, videos of test and tech analysis and lot more, there was one particular feature which went unnoticed. Ooh, I already sense your excitement. And if you are wondering what is this new feature that wasn’t spoken by your favourite tech reviewers and media outlets, let me explain it to you!

The Slowfie

The Slowfie or the Slofie as many have already coined it, is a unique camera feature of the iPhone 11 series. Introducing the slow-motion selfies as the next big thing on the internet, Apple showed a video during its extravagant iPhone event at its headquarters in Cupertino, California, on Tuesday.

"Everything looks cooler at 120 (frames per second), even if you're just saying 'cheese', waving hello or tossing your hair in the breeze.", Apple said on the website, referring to its latest software.

Don’t believe us? Here, have a look.

“And now you can add more of everything to your selfies thanks to the new 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera. Just turn your iPhone to landscape and the camera automatically zooms out to fit more in.”

* gasps with excitement *

With this new feature, Apple has made its move. Time for Android to bring its A game. With the new version ready to launch, wonder what more is in store for us? Gotta wait... Gotta wait!
